Project description
Nestled in the lanes of Panchkula, the Cascade House serves as an abode for a family of four. This 3,780-square-foot project stands out for its unique design, showcasing a fine balance between traditional architectural practices and modern design principles. Harmonizing various natural elements, from the calm flowing water to the warmth of natural light, the house exudes a sense of comfort and oneness with nature.
Grand double-height foyer with skylight, fluted wood accents, and striped marble flooring opens seamlessly to a serene outdoor poolscape.
Floor-to-ceiling glazing, soft-toned drapery, and striped marble flooring infuse the lounge with natural light, elegance, and outdoor connectivity.
Dramatic cantilevered balcony with cascading water feature, rich wood textures, and vertical fins create a dynamic, inviting entrance experience.
Double-height volume with clerestory glazing, cantilevered grass balcony, and glass bridge enhances light, openness, and vertical spatial connectivity.
Sloping timber ceiling with recessed lighting, framed by sharp modern edges, adds warmth and dynamic geometry to the bold façade.
