UDYANA

An integrated gated development of 4,00,000 sft in a cosmopolitan 2nd tier city of Tamilnadu. As the name suggest UDYANA meaning GARDEN, entire design was focused on landscaped themed development including common areas, front, court and backyard and private terrace spaces of respective villas. Further on the Design was encouraged for better neighbourhood interactions by conceptualising two tier streets above one another, while the streets between the villas remain pedestrian friendly and vehicles to move at the lower level.
