Project description
This project is a G+4 Paying Guest (PG) Building proposed on a 30 feet x 40 feet site located in Hyderabad, Telangana. The design is developed to cater to the growing demand for modern, comfortable, and space-efficient PG accommodation in an urban environment.
The architectural concept focuses on modern functionality combined with minimalist aesthetics. The building features a clean and structured façade with simple geometric forms, ensuring a contemporary appearance while keeping construction economical. The elevation avoids unnecessary ornamentation and instead highlights strong vertical and horizontal lines, recessed balconies, and uniform window placements to achieve visual balance.
Hyderabad’s warm climate has been carefully considered in the design. The building incorporates efficient ventilation strategies, including well-positioned windows, ventilation shafts, and balconies for improved airflow and natural light penetration. Shading elements such as extended slabs, vertical fins, and balcony projections reduce heat gain and enhance indoor comfort.
The building is planned with optimized room layouts on each floor to accommodate multiple PG units with common amenities. Circulation spaces such as staircases and corridors are strategically designed to ensure smooth movement and safety. The ground floor may include parking, reception, or common facilities depending on user requirements.
The design balances aesthetic appeal, maximum space utilization, and functional efficiency, making it ideal for high-density living while maintaining comfort.
