The project, a 3BHK apartment in a gated society, was completed in about four months. The client’s brief was clear—minimal maintenance and cost-effective designs—so the use of wall paneling was kept to a minimum. The design approach focused on maximizing functionality and ensuring that every corner of the home was put to the best use, with ample storage provided throughout. Since the client and his family lead a simple lifestyle, the choice of materials and color combinations was kept basic, warm, and homely. The overall ambiance of the house radiates comfort and simplicity, creating a welcoming environment that makes every visitor feel at home.
