Project description

This project presents a contemporary neoclassical commercial–residential development designed to integrate functional efficiency with architectural clarity. The architectural language draws inspiration from classical proportions—tall columns, graceful arches, clean cornices. A double-height glazed ground level accommodates commercial activity, ensuring transparency, daylight penetration, and visual connectivity with the street. Upper residential floors are organized with symmetrical façades, deep balconies, and optimized openings to enhance natural ventilation and thermal comfort. The clean white palette, refined moldings, and controlled lighting strategy emphasize form and proportion while maintaining material simplicity. The project demonstrates a balanced approach to mixed-use architecture, combining spatial performance and aesthetic restraint.
