Project description

Long before the existence of modern civilization and language, even before the terms “architecture” and “houses” came into being, the oldest forms of shelter on Earth were caves and trees. These primal refuges protected against harsh weather and nurtured life, offering sanctuary to creatures great and small. Taking inspiration from nature’s oldest shelters, Varun Garg Architects envisioned a home that seamlessly fuses these elements—creating what we call the “Dendro-Cave,” reimagined for the urban landscape.
