Every modular kitchen accessory an Indian kitchen needs, from tandem baskets and thali racks to corner units and pantry pull-outs, with cabinet widths, loads and listed prices.
A complete modular kitchen accessories list for an Indian kitchen has ten groups: drawer systems (deep tandem drawers, a cutlery tray, a masala drawer, thali and plate racks), baskets (plain, cup and saucer, bottle pull-out), a corner fitting (carousel, magic corner or LeMans-type swing), a tall pantry pull-out, sink-unit bins and detergent pull-outs, lift-up wall units, a dish drainer, a gas cylinder trolley, a rolling-shutter unit and under-cabinet lighting. Each needs a cabinet of a set width, from 150 mm for a bottle pull-out to 900 mm for a corner unit, and in our view only about half of them earn their cost in most homes.
About the numbers below: widths and loads come from makers' catalogues and product pages (Hettich India, Ebco, Kaff, Blum India, Häfele India, Kesseböhmer, IKEA India) opened on 29 Oct 2026. Prices are Ebco, Kaff and IKEA India's online listed prices that day, including taxes, for the fitting alone: not fitted prices, not a market range. Hettich, Häfele, Blum and Kesseböhmer publish none online. The layout and the must-have split are our guidance.
For layouts, see our guide to modular kitchen layouts; for finishes and hardware in fashion, kitchen trends 2027. Our coming guides to modular kitchen price per sq ft and to small kitchens cover quotes and tight corners.

Widths are as each maker states them; check whether a sheet means the outer or the inside width of the cabinet. Sources are linked in each section below.
"Tandem" is used loosely. A tandem box is a drawer with metal sides on concealed runners, such as Blum's TANDEMBOX, which Blum rates in 30 kg and 65 kg load classes, or Ebco's Pro-motion drawer system, with 203 mm sides, 450 to 550 mm lengths and a 50 kg rating. A tandem basket is a steel wire basket on the same kind of runner: Ebco's SS304 undermount baskets come plain or with cutlery, cup and saucer, plate and thali inlets.
Under the hob, use deep drawers, not a shelf behind a door. Cookers, kadhais and steel vessels are heavy, so ask for the load class in writing. Our guidance: 50 kg or more for the drawer under the hob. Ready-made drawers can be lighter: IKEA rates its MAXIMERA high drawer at a maximum of 25 kg.
A cutlery tray goes in the top drawer nearest the hob. Ebco makes its Cutlery Tray-2 in seven widths, from 351 to 940 mm, all 490 mm deep. A masala drawer can be that drawer with a spice insert, or a narrow pull-out (below).
Steel thalis are wider and heavier than a dinner set and need a rack of their own. Three ways, cheapest first:
A plain wire basket is the cheapest pull-out, for dabbas and mixer jars. Kaff's basket width runs about 70 mm less than the cabinet: 380 mm for a 450 mm cabinet, 830 mm for 900 mm. Cup and saucer baskets hold cups upright on a rack; Ebco's are 380 to 530 mm wide.
The bottle pull-out gets daily use. Hettich's Cargo IQ is made for 150, 200 and 300 mm cabinets and rated at 22.5, 26.25 and 30 kg on telescopic runners, but only 15 to 20 kg on its lighter Quadro runner, according to its Cargo kitchen catalogue. Ebco's Bottle Pullout 2 fits 150 to 300 mm cabinets. Put it beside the hob, so oil and masala are one reach from the tadka.
The corner fitting decides the corner cabinet's size:
Makers state loads per shelf, per basket or per unit: Kaff rates both its swing corner and its dual corner at 60 kg in total. Our view: a swing or carousel tray earns its cost in most L kitchens; a magic corner pays only if the corner holds daily things.
A tall pantry pull-out brings all its baskets out when you open the door. Hettich's Cargo Duo fits 450 and 600 mm cabinets, carries 50 kg and needs 500 mm of inside depth. Ebco's pantry unit for 450 and 600 mm cabinets holds 60 kg on 12 baskets, and Kaff's 450 mm unit also 60 kg, for a cabinet 1,900 to 2,000 mm tall. Blum's SPACE TOWER rates each pull-out at up to 70 kg.
It is the costliest fitting here. Fixed shelves above and two deep drawers below store almost as much for much less (our guidance).
Fittings go around the drain trap. Hettich's under-sink bin holder needs a cabinet at least 600 mm wide and 355 mm deep and takes three 8 litre bins or a 17 and an 8 litre bin. Ebco's Pull Out Waste Bin 4 holds two 20 litre buckets for wet and dry waste. For a sink unit of 900 mm or more, Blum suggests a U-shaped drawer that wraps around the pipes. Detergent goes in a narrow pull-out beside the bins, such as Ebco's 280 mm wide Detergent Caddie.
Our view: two bins earn their cost; for detergent, a plastic tray on the cabinet floor does most of the job.
A lift-up front opens upward and stays open. Blum's AVENTOS HK top suits wall units 205 to 600 mm high and up to 1,800 mm wide, with 187 mm of inside depth or more. Its bi-fold HF top suits units 480 to 1,200 mm high with fronts up to 30 kg. Ebco's Shutter Lift Heavy takes 16 to 28 mm doors.
The drainer goes in the wall unit straight above the sink. Hettich's Cargo dish drainer, made for 600 and 900 mm wall units, takes 6 thalis or 8 plates of 280 mm at 600 mm, and 9 thalis or 15 plates at 900 mm. Our coming crockery unit post covers Hettich's stainless drainer system.
Bharatgas tells customers to keep the cylinder upright, away from heat and in a ventilated place, with the stove on a non-flammable platform above cylinder level. A trolley on castors, such as Ebco's 300 mm stainless steel cylinder trolley, lets you roll a full 14.2 kg domestic cylinder out to change it. Our guidance: give it a 600 mm unit next to the hob with no bottom shelf and a vented shutter, so the hose stays short.
A rolling shutter slides up instead of swinging out, which suits an appliance unit on the counter. Ebco's Roll Top Pro comes 450, 600 and 900 mm wide and 1,300 mm high. Put a socket inside it.
A wall unit throws a shadow across the counter, so light it from below. Our guidance: an LED strip set toward the front of each wall unit, behind a diffuser you can wipe, lights the chopping area; a sensor light inside a deep drawer or tall unit is a smaller extra. IKEA India lists its MITTLED worktop strip at ₹1,950 for 80 cm, and Ebco its Smart Light with motion sensor at ₹466. For warm and cool tones and how to layer them, see lighting trends 2027.
The whole list in an L on 10 ft and 8 ft walls: heavy drawers under the hob, the cylinder beside it, the masala pull-out on its open side and the tall pantry closing the run. The sink unit holds the bins, with the drainer above.
Mark the gas point, drain and window first: each fitting fixes a cabinet width, and the widths must add up to your wall.
Must-haves are used daily or cost little for what they save. Nice-to-haves are pleasant, but a cheaper fix does most of the job.
Listed online prices on 29 Oct 2026, including taxes, for the fitting alone. Ebco shows a "revised price" below its MRP; both are given where they differ.

Where no price is published: Ebco lists no price for its corner units, pantry units, bottle pull-outs, waste pull-outs or Roll Top shutters, only an enquiry button. Hettich's India eShop shows none, Häfele India's shop shows none unless you log in, and we found no Indian price list for Blum or Kesseböhmer. For those, and for any "price list PDF", ask the dealer for a written quote that names the model, the runner and its load class. HomeLane's Kolkata cost guide (23 Feb 2026) notes that pull-out units, corner solutions and tall pantries increase the cost of a modular kitchen. For a whole-home budget, see our interior design cost guide or try MOA's free home cost calculator.
Alphabetically, with no ranking: Blum (drawers, lift-ups, pantry units), Ebco (fittings, baskets, corner and pantry units), Häfele (sells Vauth-Sagel corner and pantry units in India), Hettich (makes its Cargo wire range at its Vadodara plant, according to its India site), IKEA (complete METOD cabinets and fittings), Kaff (baskets, corners and pantry units alongside its appliances) and Kesseböhmer (makers of LeMans). Compare load class, runner and warranty, not names. If you follow vastu for the hob and sink, our vastu for kitchen post covers placement.
Deep soft-close drawers under the hob, a cutlery tray, thali and plate storage, a bottle pull-out, two bins under the sink, a dish drainer, a corner tray and LED lighting under the wall units. A tall pantry pull-out, magic corner and lift-ups are extras.
A steel wire basket on concealed soft-close runners behind a drawer front; a tandem box has solid metal sides instead. Ask for the load class: 50 kg for Ebco's Pro-motion, 30 or 65 kg for Blum's TANDEMBOX.
A carousel needs a 900 x 900 mm corner cabinet; a LeMans-type swing or magic corner, a 900 to 1,000 mm blind corner with a 450 mm door. The magic corner reaches most and costs most: Kaff lists ₹31,990 against ₹23,990 for its swing corner.
From under ₹1,000 for a cutlery tray to about ₹44,000 for a tall pantry pull-out, at Ebco, Kaff and IKEA India's listed prices on 29 Oct 2026, fitting only. Hettich, Häfele and Blum publish none online.
150, 200 or 300 mm. Hettich rates its Cargo IQ at 22.5 to 30 kg across those widths on telescopic runners.
