Tiles Showrooms in Jaipur: Brand Stores and Price per Sq Ft

Jaipur's brand tile showrooms sit mostly in and around New Aatish Market in Mansarovar, along Gopalpura Bypass and on Ajmer Road. Kajaria lists a Company Experience Centre on Ajmer Road and Somany lists an Experience Centre on Tonk Road, while Kajaria, Somany, H&R Johnson, Orientbell and Varmora all list dealers in New Aatish Market. On price, the only brand of the six we checked that publishes rates is Orientbell: ₹35 to ₹126 per sq ft for ceramic floor tiles and ₹62 to ₹392 for glazed vitrified floor tiles, with laying adding roughly ₹83 to ₹101 per sq ft on government rates.
About the numbers below: store names and areas come only from each brand's official store locator, read on 31 Oct 2026. Tile prices are Orientbell's published tables ("prices updated on 28th April 2026") and two product MRPs that Orientbell lists as inclusive of all taxes. Laying costs are our arithmetic from the CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates 2023, a government rate book based on April 2023 Delhi prices with GST on works included, not a Jaipur shop quote. No business paid to appear here, and MOA takes no commission from any of them.

Tiles showroom in Jaipur: how this list was made
We opened the official store locators of six tile brands that Jaipur buyers search for by name: H&R Johnson, Kajaria, NITCO, Orientbell, Somany and Varmora. We took only what each locator prints: the store or dealer name, its area, and the store type where the brand labels one. We did not use map ratings, review counts or directory sites. Brands below are in alphabetical order, and within each brand stores are grouped by area. Nothing here is a ranking.
Two things stood out. First, many Jaipur dealers carry several brands: The Global Marketing on Gopalpura Road appears on both Somany's and Orientbell's lists, and Om Manglam at Golimar Garden on both Kajaria's and H&R Johnson's. Second, the locators file some towns outside the city under "Jaipur", such as Kotputli, Bagru and Sikar, so check the address before you set out.
Where Jaipur's tile showrooms are, by area
- New Aatish Market, Mansarovar. Five of the six brands list at least one dealer here; only NITCO does not. The locators spell it "New Atish Market". - Gopalpura Bypass and Badarwas. Kajaria, Somany, H&R Johnson and Orientbell dealers, including Somany's exclusive franchise showroom.
- Ajmer Road. Kajaria's Company Experience Centre, and Kajaria dealers near DCM and on the 200 Feet Bypass at RK Puram.
- Tonk Road. The Somany Experience Centre.

- Agra Road, Sikar Road and VKI. A Somany franchise showroom on Agra Road, a Kajaria-listed dealer on Main Sikar Road and a Somany dealer in the VKI industrial area.

Johnson tiles showroom in Jaipur (H&R Johnson)
H&R Johnson's dealer locator lists 11 dealers under Jaipur, one of them in Sikar town. Two carry its "House of Johnson" label, both in New Aatish Market: Saraswati Sanitary and Tile Store, and Jai Hind Sanitarywares. Others include Gupta Tiles in Rathi Nagar on Gopalpura Bypass and S V Enterprises in New Aatish Market, both labelled "Corner", and Om Manglam at Golimar Garden. Each listing shows which of the brand's ranges (Johnson Tiles, Marbonite, Porselano, Endura) that dealer stocks, so check before you go if you want a specific range.
Kajaria tiles showroom in Jaipur
Kajaria's Where to Buy page lists 14 stores under Jaipur. One is company-run: the Company Experience Centre at Aishwarya Tower, near Hotel Hawa Mahal, Ajmer Road. Dealers it tags "Galaxy" include Agarwal Bath Square and S.K. Agarwal & Co. in New Aatish Market, House of Tiles near DCM on Ajmer Road, N L Enterprises on the 200 Feet Bypass at RK Puram, Kohinoor Bath Studio on Gopalpura Bypass, and Tiles Square on Mahal Road, Jagatpura. Two further listings are in Kotputli, a town outside the city.
NITCO tiles showroom in Jaipur
NITCO's store locator shows one authorised dealer in Jaipur on the day we checked: NITCO - Jyoti Taps N Tiles in Vardhman Nagar A. If you want NITCO's large-format or Italian-look ranges, call before you visit to ask what is on display.
Orientbell tiles showroom in Jaipur
Orientbell's Jaipur store page lists nine stores. Two carry its "Orientbell Tiles Boutique" label: Garima Tile Boutique at Krishnapuri, and Prakash Marble on Mahal Road, Jagatpura. The others include Agrawal Bath Square and National Sales Corporation in New Aatish Market, and The Global Marketing on Gopalpura Road.
Somany tiles showroom in Jaipur
Somany's Find Near Me dealer list gives 20 tile outlets under Jaipur, including the Somany Experience Centre on the first floor of Dukya Complex, near Gandhi Nagar railway station, Tonk Road, filed as a company showroom. The same page's separate Experience Centre links name only five other cities, so confirm by phone before a special trip. Franchise showrooms, as the list labels them, are The Global Marketing on Gopalpura Road ("exclusive"), Blue in New Aatish Market ("grande"), Laxmi Tile and Sanitary in New Aatish Market ("Duragres lounge") and Balaji Sales Corporation on Agra Road ("arcade").
Varmora tiles showroom in Jaipur
Varmora's Where to Buy page lists two dealers in Jaipur: Kwality Ceramics in New Aatish Market (Gujar Ki Thadi) and Sai Ceramic in Mansarovar, near the metro station.
The locators print phone numbers and full addresses. We have not repeated them here because they change; open the brand's page on the day you go.
Tiles price in Jaipur: what the brands publish
Of the six brands, only Orientbell publishes prices on its category pages. Kajaria, H&R Johnson, NITCO and Varmora showed none on the tile pages we opened. Somany's floor tiles page says outright that rates differ by range and location and that it does not publish a single nationwide MRP, and asks buyers to confirm pricing with a dealer or Experience Centre. So a Jaipur price list for most brands exists only as a dealer's quote.

The floor rows are from Orientbell's floor tiles page and the wall row from its wall tiles page. Its own pages do not always agree: the vitrified tiles page gives double-charge tiles at ₹84 to ₹157 and full-body at ₹102 to ₹368. Read the price on the product you choose. Two examples: the BFM EC Plain White, a 300 x 300 mm matte ceramic floor tile, has an MRP of ₹61 per sq ft, and the DGVT Safegrip Rustic Grey LT, a 600 x 600 mm anti-skid GVT, ₹107, both "incl. of all taxes". Orientbell's category pages also carry a "Check Offer Price" button, so treat the MRP as a ceiling, not necessarily what a Jaipur dealer will quote.
GST on tiles
Ceramic tiles (HSN 6907) sit in Schedule II of Notification No. 09/2025-Central Tax (Rate), at 9 per cent central tax, which with the matching state tax makes 18 per cent. An MRP already includes it. A dealer's quote "plus GST" does not, so compare like with like.
What laying adds
The CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates 2023 prices each tile item laid, including mortar, labour, overheads and GST on works, and lists the bare tile separately. The gap is roughly what everything except the tile costs:

The last column is our arithmetic from CPWD's per sq m rates. It carries CPWD's overheads and GST on the tile too, so it slightly overstates labour. CPWD prices fixing on polymer-modified tile adhesive, which large tiles need, at ₹753.25 per sq m, about ₹70 per sq ft (item 11.43). These are 2023 Delhi rates; Jaipur contractors' 2026 quotes will differ, and we found no published Jaipur laying rate we could open.

Tiles dealers in Jaipur: what to check before you pay
- Carry measurements. Room sizes, door positions and skirting length let a dealer quote boxes, not guesses. Our guidance: visit on a weekday morning, when staff have time to pull out full tiles rather than samples.
- Ask for the standard and the group. Tiles sold under BIS certification conform to IS 15622. Under Amendment No. 2, floor tiles must now be tested for slip resistance to IS 18433 (Part 1 or Part 2); the BIS circular of 2 April 2026 set 28 June 2026 as the last date. For a bathroom or balcony, ask for that value.
- One batch. Ask for every box from one batch or shade code, and keep a few spare tiles for repairs (our guidance).
- A GST invoice that names the brand, series, size, grade and quantity, so a warranty or quality claim can be traced.
- Delivery and unloading. Ask in writing whether the quote includes transport to site, unloading and carrying upstairs, and what happens to unopened boxes you do not use. We found no published return policy from any Jaipur dealer.
- Adhesive or mortar. Large formats such as 600 x 1200 mm generally go on tile adhesive; budget for it as above.
An interior designer or architect adds value here by fixing tile sizes, layouts and quantities on drawings before you shop, and by checking deliveries against the order. Many also know which dealers stock a range locally and which need it ordered in.
Tiles manufacturers in Jaipur
People also search for tile factories in the city. We found no published source listing tile manufacturers in Jaipur, so we name none. Most Indian ceramic tiles come from one district: a Gujarat government statement reported by PTI in The Week put Morbi at an estimated 1,200 ceramic units making about 60 lakh tonnes a year and called it the world's second-largest ceramic cluster.
