Modular Kitchen in Jaipur: Price List and How to Choose a Maker
What Jaipur sellers list per sq ft for board, acrylic, aluminium and steel kitchens, what Livspace, Godrej and HomeLane publish, and how to compare a brand studio with a local maker.

A modular kitchen in Jaipur is priced per sq ft of cabinets, and on 31 Oct 2026 the middle half of Jaipur sellers' listed prices on IndiaMART ran from about ₹1,000 to ₹1,600 per sq ft for board kitchens, ₹1,100 to ₹2,000 for aluminium and ₹1,250 to ₹4,500 for stainless steel. Brand studios publish fewer numbers: Livspace's Jaipur page puts a kitchen of 60 to 120 sq ft at "starting at ₹1.7 lakh", and a 10 ft straight kitchen costs very different amounts depending on who builds it and what the quote leaves out.
About the numbers below: the Jaipur per sq ft figures are listed prices: asking prices that Jaipur sellers show on IndiaMART's Jaipur category pages for aluminium, acrylic, stainless steel and wooden modular kitchens, which we read and tabulated on 31 Oct 2026 (91 listings with a per sq ft price). We give the middle half and the median, not the extremes. They are not quotes, and most listings do not say what the sq ft is measured on, which hardware is used, or whether the countertop, installation and GST are included. Brand prices are from the brands' own pages, dated where they are dated. The worked examples are our arithmetic. Read the listings with care. A few are plainly not per sq ft rates (one "per sq ft" wooden listing says ₹51,000), and several "aluminium" listings describe a plywood or particle board carcass in their own specifications. That is why we use the middle half, and why the first question to any seller is what the box is made of.
Why Jaipur listings look cheaper than brand rates
HomeLane's Hyderabad guide (29 Jan 2026) prices basic kitchens at ₹2,200 to ₹2,800 per sq ft of running cabinet area and mid-range at ₹2,800 to ₹4,000, with appliances extra. The Jaipur medians are about half that. Some of the gap is real: a local workshop has lower overheads and no design team. Some of it is what is left out: a listing price is a "from" figure, and it rarely names the board grade, the hinge brand, the countertop or GST. Compare like with like before you decide one is cheap.
Modular kitchen cost in Jaipur: two worked examples
Using the measurement method in our national guide, base units 2.75 ft high and wall units 2 ft high (illustrative heights):

Both columns are cabinets only. Add the countertop, accessories, chimney and hob, any plumbing or electrical changes, and GST if it is not included. If a Jaipur maker quotes per running ft instead, multiply back: at ₹1,250 per sq ft, a 2.75 ft base unit is about ₹3,440 per running ft and a 2 ft wall unit ₹2,500. Brand studios and showrooms in Jaipur, by name
Listed alphabetically, with no ranking, and only from each brand's own website or official store locator, read on 31 Oct 2026. We give the area, not full addresses; check timings with the brand before you go.
- Hettich (fittings, not a kitchen maker). Hettich's list of Hettich Exclusive stores includes one in Jaipur run by Archea Living at Chitrakoot Scheme, Gandhi Path, Vaishali Nagar. Hettich describes these stores as showing furniture solutions made with its fittings. It is a place to see hinges, drawer systems and pull-outs before you name them on a quote.
- HomeLane. Its Jaipur kitchen page says there is a HomeLane Experience Centre in Jaipur but does not give the area. It states delivery in 45 days (with an asterisk) and a flat 10-year warranty, and publishes no Jaipur price.
- Interio by Godrej. Its store locator lists Jaipur stores in Vaishali Nagar, Raja Park, Jagatpura, Durgapura (Income Tax Colony, Tonk Road) and on Sikar Road. They are listed as furniture stores; the product lists do not include kitchens, though some store pages post about Interio's modular and steel kitchens, so call before you visit for a kitchen. Godrej's 7 Jan 2025 release describes a kitchen configurator with pre-configured modules from ₹1.25 lakh and a steel modular range called Steel Chef.
- Livspace. Its Jaipur page lists three "Modular Kitchens & Wardrobes" centres, at New Aatish Market (near Mansarovar), at Manyawas and, as Bello by Livspace, in Vaishali Nagar, plus an interior design studio in Vaishali Nagar. The page says kitchens of 60 to 120 sq ft start at ₹1.7 lakh.
- Sleek (Asian Paints). Asian Paints' Sleek kitchen page states a 10-year warranty and has a store finder, but we could not confirm a Jaipur Sleek store from it.

Modular kitchen factory in Jaipur: brand studio or local maker?
Many Jaipur listings come from local makers who cut and assemble cabinets themselves. We have not named any: we found no newspaper feature on Jaipur kitchen workshops, and we do not list businesses from directory ratings. That does not make them a worse choice. The difference is in what you check.

(The table is our guidance, from how these quotes are usually built.) On warranty, read the document, not the banner. Livspace's own Jaipur page mentions a "lifetime warranty" on modular and semi-modular products, subject to terms, and elsewhere on the same page "up to 10 years of warranty on modular kitchens and wardrobes". HomeLane states a flat 10 years. Ask which parts are covered: carcass, shutters, hardware, and for how long each.
With a local maker, visit the workshop before paying an advance (our guidance). Look at a finished cabinet: edges banded on all four sides, a sealed underside on the sink unit, and the board stamp showing the grade. A designer adds most value here: they write a specification the maker must follow, and they know which workshops deliver.
Aluminium modular kitchen in Jaipur, or plywood?
Aluminium kitchens are common in Jaipur listings, and on price they overlap with board kitchens: a median of ₹1,450 per sq ft against ₹1,250, with middle halves that cover much the same ground.
The case for aluminium. HomeLane's guide to aluminium cabinets (5 Mar 2026) says aluminium resists heat, moisture and pests, does not swell or warp, and can cost more than basic wooden cabinets at the start. That suits the sink unit, the cabinet that fails first in most kitchens.
The case for plywood. CenturyPly advises against MR grade plywood in kitchens and recommends BWR, or BWP made to IS 710, for kitchen furniture. Board takes any laminate, acrylic or PU finish, and a carpenter can alter it later (our guidance).
What to ask either way (our guidance):
- For aluminium: the profile and sheet thickness, the shutter material (some "aluminium" kitchens have MDF or ACP shutters), the finish (powder coat, laminate or ACP) and how the hinges are fixed to the frame.
- For plywood: the grade printed on the board, the thickness of the carcass and shutters, and whether the sink unit is BWP.
- A mix is common and sensible: an aluminium or BWP sink unit, with board cabinets elsewhere.
Stainless steel kitchens sit higher, at a ₹2,100 median, with a wide spread because some listings are commercial kitchens. Interio by Godrej's Steel Chef is one branded steel range.
What to check in a modular kitchen quote
- The basis. Sq ft of cabinet face, per running ft, or a lump sum? Which heights, and is the corner counted once?
- The box and the doors. Board, grade and thickness for the carcass; core and finish for the shutters; edge banding on every edge.
- Hardware by name. Hinge and channel brand and model, soft-close or not. Our modular kitchen accessories list gives makers' listed prices for baskets, corners and pantry units, so you can check those lines.
- The countertop. Stone, sq ft, edge profile, and the sink and hob cut-outs.
- GST. India's GST has a standard rate of 18% and a merit rate of 5% for goods, from the GST Council's 56th meeting; the only furniture on its 5% list is furniture wholly of bamboo, cane or rattan. Ask for the rate and HSN code on the quote and on a proper tax invoice.
- Delivery, installation and payments. Who installs, when, and how much is paid at each stage. Do not pay most of it before the cabinets reach site (our guidance).
- Warranty. In writing, part by part.

Is there a "best" modular kitchen maker in Jaipur?
We do not rank makers, and no published source we found does so on evidence. A good maker for you is one whose quote names everything in the checklist above, whose finished cabinets you have seen, and whose warranty is written down.
