What interiors cost in Jaipur in 2026: a 2BHK and a 3BHK priced line by line in three tiers, works before GST and all-in, with Jaipur designer fees, published Jaipur package prices and a quote checklist.
Interior design in Jaipur costs about ₹5.4 lakh to ₹8.7 lakh for a budget 2BHK, ₹9.6 lakh to ₹15.8 lakh mid-range and ₹16 lakh upwards for premium, for the works alone before GST, priced line by line for a flat with 900 sq ft of carpet area. Add a design fee, a contingency and 18 per cent GST and the all-in amount is about ₹7 to ₹12.5 lakh, ₹12.5 to ₹22.7 lakh and ₹21 lakh upwards; a 1,450 sq ft 3BHK comes to about ₹8.5 to ₹16 lakh, ₹15 to ₹28 lakh and ₹27 lakh upwards all-in.
About the numbers below: these are market ranges, not quotes. Every figure is labelled works before GST (the interior work itself) or all-in (works plus design fee, contingency and 18 per cent GST). We found no dated Jaipur source that prices interiors line by line or sets a Jaipur discount, so the line rates are national, from our national 2BHK and 3BHK guides (Design Cafe, HomeLane, NoBroker and Asian Paints pages dated January to September 2026). We check them against Jaipur pages published by Livspace (October 2026) and HomeLane (undated), read on 31 Oct 2026; none of those says whether GST is included. Get itemised quotes for your own home.
The method, lines and tiers are the same as in our national 2BHK cost guide and 3BHK cost guide, so the figures can be compared city to city. Building a house rather than doing up a flat? Our Jaipur construction cost guide covers the shell, and notes that interiors are budgeted separately from the construction rate.

The all-in rows add a design fee of 5 to 12 per cent and a contingency of 5 to 10 per cent of the works, the ranges in our room-by-room interior cost guide, then 18 per cent GST on the lot. Packages that include design lower the figure. Price from carpet area, the floor inside your walls, as our carpet area explainer shows.
The per-sq-ft bands you will see quoted for interiors, about ₹1,000 to 1,500, ₹1,500 to 2,500 and ₹2,500 and up, line up with the all-in rows, not with the works alone. Livspace's Jaipur page gives turnkey work at ₹1,200 to ₹4,500 per sq ft, also without saying whether GST is in.

Figures are works in lakh, before GST, for the 900 sq ft example. The last column is what Jaipur pages publish for the same line, where we found one.

Our tiers are NoBroker's national bands: ₹1.5 to 2 lakh with laminate shutters, ₹2 to 3 lakh in acrylic or membrane, ₹3 to 4 lakh and more in glass or PU with a quartz top (NoBroker), capped by us at ₹4.5 lakh. HomeLane's Vaishali Nagar page gives ₹1.5 to 3 lakh for a 2BHK kitchen and ₹1.5 to 4 lakh for a 3BHK, and says board grade, shutter finish and civil work move the number (HomeLane Vaishali Nagar). Livspace's Jaipur page gives starting prices of ₹1.37 lakh to ₹2 lakh in different sections. Shape changes the running feet, as our kitchen layouts guide explains.
Priced per sq ft of shutter, lofts included. Our 126 sq ft assumes an 8 ft and a 6 ft wardrobe, each 9 ft high with its loft, at ₹1,200 to ₹1,500, ₹1,500 to ₹2,000 and ₹2,000 to ₹2,400 per sq ft. HomeLane's Jaipur page puts a standard 6 ft modular wardrobe at ₹70,000 to ₹1.2 lakh (HomeLane Jaipur wardrobes). It does not give the height; if that is 9 ft with a loft, it works out to about ₹1,300 to ₹2,220 per sq ft, inside our range. Our wardrobe price guide covers sliding shutters, which cost more.
Both lines are priced per unit. Livspace's Jaipur room costs include the ceiling, lighting, paint and fittings, so they are not like for like: our mid tier for one bedroom, adding its share of those lines, comes to roughly ₹2.2 to 3.5 lakh against Livspace's ₹2.5 to 4 lakh. Our budget tier keeps the beds you own; premium is our allowance for custom pieces.
False ceiling is priced per sq ft of ceiling covered, not per sq ft of flat, at NoBroker's ₹70 to 110 basic and ₹110 to 185 premium. Electrical is our allowance, scaled from NoBroker's 3BHK figures. Painting uses Asian Paints' 2BHK example: 2,500 to 3,500 sq ft of paintable surface at ₹35,000 to ₹55,000 in economy paint, ₹60,000 to ₹95,000 in standard emulsion and ₹1 lakh to ₹1.8 lakh for a premium finish (Asian Paints). Its city section covers only Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi, and says metro contractors usually charge more; we found no Jaipur painting rate to confirm a lower one.
Our figures are NoBroker's per-bathroom bands for a new flat that is already tiled and waterproofed. Livspace's Jaipur figure of ₹1.5 to 2 lakh a bathroom includes basic civil work, so it sits higher. A full strip-out is a different job, priced in our bathroom renovation cost guide.
The 3BHK example has 1,450 sq ft of carpet area, three wardrobes (about 180 sq ft of shutter), more ceiling and paint, and a third bathroom at the premium tier. Works before GST, in lakh:

Jaipur pages agree in range. HomeLane's Vaishali Nagar page gives ₹6 to 8 lakh for 3BHK modular work and ₹8 to 16 lakh for full-home interiors; Livspace's Jaipur page says 3BHK homes usually cost ₹8 to 15 lakh and more. Neither says whether GST is included.
HomeLane, Jaipur page (undated): a 2BHK with stylish finishes and storage typically starts around ₹3 to 5 lakh (HomeLane Jaipur).
HomeLane, Vaishali Nagar page (undated): for new homes and renovations, a 2BHK costs ₹4 to 6 lakh for modular work and ₹6 to 8 lakh for full-home interiors.
Livspace, Jaipur page (October 2026): a 2BHK of 950 to 1,100 sq ft costs ₹3.8 to 10 lakh, with premium at ₹8 to 10 lakh; its "starting at" figures cover modular interiors for new homes only (Livspace Jaipur).
MOA's own calculator, Jaipur page: about ₹5.3 to 6.5 lakh for a 1,000 sq ft 2BHK at standard finishes, with a kitchen, two wardrobes, two beds, false ceilings, lighting, paint and curtains, excluding GST and professional fees (Jaipur cost calculator).
These match our woodwork lines (kitchen, wardrobes, units and beds: ₹3.7 to 5.9 lakh budget, ₹6.6 to 11 lakh mid) and our budget works, not the all-in amount. A package usually leaves out some of electrical, painting, bathrooms and GST, so add those before comparing; our 2BHK package guide lists what to check. We name these firms only because they publish Jaipur prices: no business paid to appear, and MOA takes no commission.

Jaipur designers charge in three ways: a percentage of the works, a rate per sq ft, or a lump sum. What we found published:
Livspace's Jaipur page: design-only services at ₹200 to ₹600 per sq ft, or roughly 10 to 20 per cent of project cost; consultation-only from ₹50,000.
Jaipur profiles on MOA: nine Jaipur architects and interior designers on MOA show a consultation fee per sq ft on their profiles, read on 31 Oct 2026. Eight list ₹90 to ₹500 per sq ft and one lists ₹10; five list ₹150 or less. A profile does not say what the fee covers.
Our national range: 5 to 12 per cent of the works, the figure behind the all-in rows above. Our designer fees guide compares the three methods.
On a 900 sq ft 2BHK the methods give very different numbers, so ask what a fee includes: drawings only, or drawings plus site visits, supervision and a snag list. A turnkey firm may fold design into the works price.
Illustrative: the same 2BHK's design fee under six published or listed ways of charging, from about ₹0.75 lakh to ₹6.4 lakh with GST. Diagram: MOA
A turnkey interior, where the firm supplies materials and fits them into your home, is a works contract under GST law, taxed at 18 per cent (GST Council, works contract services). On the mid example, ₹12.7 lakh of works, that is about ₹2.3 lakh before the fee and contingency are counted. A separate design fee attracts 18 per cent too. None of the Jaipur price pages we read says whether its figures include GST, so ask every firm to show it as a separate line.
Many Jaipur homes are independent houses on plots rather than flats. The lines above still apply room by room, but a house usually has more rooms, a staircase and more wall to paint, so price from your own drawings. Flooring is normally part of the construction budget: our Jaipur construction cost guide puts flooring, doors and windows in its own phase, and our Rajasthan building materials guide covers local stone. Our Kishangarh marble guide in this series covers stone prices.
For a first number on your own home, MOA's free Jaipur cost calculator prices interiors item by item: the kitchen by size and shape, wardrobes by shutter area, ceilings by room.
HomeLane says its Jaipur interiors usually finish in about 45 days once designs are final and the site is ready. Livspace's Jaipur page gives 45 to 90 days for a 2BHK or 3BHK and 90 to 120 days for luxury villas. Our room-by-room guide puts a flat at three to five months from finalised design to handover, once design time and society limits on working hours and lift use are counted.
Works or all-in? Ask whether the total and any per-sq-ft rate include GST, design fee and contingency.
Area: carpet area from your sale agreement or drawings, not super built-up.
Like units: kitchen per running ft, wardrobes per sq ft of shutter with lofts, ceiling per sq ft covered, painting per sq ft painted, electrical per point.
Materials named: board type and grade (BWR or BWP plywood, HDHMR or MDF), shutter finish, hardware brand, paint product and coats.
Exclusions in writing: electrical points, bathrooms, civil work, curtains, loose furniture, debris.
Payments and warranty: milestones, with 5 to 10 per cent held back until the snag list is closed.
For about 900 sq ft of carpet area, roughly ₹5.4 to 8.7 lakh budget, ₹9.6 to 15.8 lakh mid and ₹16 lakh upwards premium, works before GST; about ₹7 to 12.5, ₹12.5 to 22.7 and ₹21 lakh upwards all-in. Jaipur package prices of ₹3 to 10 lakh mostly cover woodwork.
For about 1,450 sq ft, roughly ₹6.6 to 11.3 lakh budget, ₹11.8 to 19.2 lakh mid and ₹21 lakh upwards premium before GST; about ₹8.5 to 16, ₹15 to 28 and ₹27 lakh upwards all-in.
The figures we found run from 5 to 20 per cent of the works, or mostly ₹90 to ₹600 per sq ft, plus 18 per cent GST. On a 900 sq ft mid-range 2BHK that is about ₹0.75 lakh to ₹6.4 lakh with GST, depending on method and scope.
About ₹1.5 to 2 lakh in laminate, ₹2 to 3 lakh in acrylic and ₹3 to 4.5 lakh in glass or PU, works before GST. HomeLane's Vaishali Nagar page gives ₹1.5 to 3 lakh for a 2BHK kitchen.
None of the Jaipur price pages we read says so. Works contracts attract 18 per cent GST, so ask for it as a separate line.
